All arrivals before 8pm please. Due to a high demand for pitches at weekends, Saturday nights are subject to a minimum two night stay. 3 nights minimum on bank holidays.

Bookings are confirmed once a third deposit has been paid. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a bank holiday booking. Deposits are non refundable.

Please pitch your tent or park your Caravan having due consideration for other users. We always try to ensure that everyone has plenty of space and our policy of booking ‘under capacity’ should always ensure that there is no crowding.

Dogs are only allowed by arrangement. There is a maximum of two per unit. Certain breeds of dog are not accepted, please ' phone and check first.

Please remove all fouling immediately or the owner will be required to leave without refund. Walk dogs off the site and make allowances for those who are nervous of dogs. Please keep your dog on a short lead or tethered at all times. Dogs can't be left alone in a caravan or tent no matter how short the time. If you dog is unduly noisy you will be asked to leave the site.

If you are using a disposable Barbecue, please ask for a platform to protect the grass from burning. NO CAMP FIRES are permitted. However, firelogs can be purchased on site. They can be lit in a barbecue and will burn for approximately 3 hours.

We want everyone to enjoy themselves whilst staying at Greenway Farm so please do show some respect and consideration to other holidaymakers on site. Any undue noise or rowdy behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the site. Please, please no noise or music after 10.30 pm and no outside music at any time. No single sex groups of three of more unless by prior arrangement.

Earliest arrival time 12 noon unless agreed by us by 'phone when booking.

Latest departure time 12 noon unless agreed upon arrival.
